Facilitated by Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind, Trainer David Arnold, this interactive workshop examines poor mental health and its impact in the work environment, and the reasons and benefits of investing in workplace wellbeing.

During the workshop we will look at facts and figures around mental health, understanding what mental health and wellbeing is and how to spot signs and symptoms of poor mental health in self and others.

We will also look at how to support someone else when they are struggling with their mental health and practical steps that we can take to support our own wellbeing.
