12 February 2026 | 14:00 to 15:00
Location: Online Event
This workshop tackles one of the most sensitive and high-stakes aspects of organisational change: supporting leavers to thrive in their next chapter — protecting reputation, wellbeing, and morale.
This session is built around a practical, evidence-informed framework that equips leavers with the mindset, tools and confidence to navigate change effectively. Participants learn how to structure support that helps employees identify their strengths, map next steps and take actionable steps towards new opportunities. It’s not about hand-holding, it’s about empowering people to move forward with clarity, energy and resilience.
Attendees will explore strategies for creating meaningful transition plans, practical skills for managing change, and methods to help leavers maintain motivation and direction. Coaches for Change Ltd will also cover ways to preserve relationships, reputation and goodwill, turning a difficult process into a positive outcome for everyone involved.
Delegates leave with actionable templates and a clear framework that can be applied immediately a forward-focused approach that benefits both the departing employees and the organisation. This session also provides a natural introduction to my Redundancy Transition Programme, designed to ensure long-term success for leavers.
