Effectively leading change and supporting teams through transition are inevitable elements of growth which can often be under-resourced in strategy development and delivery.
Through guided exploration, business leaders are invited to reflect on the People and Culture aspects of leading effective change.
This 45-minute session will support business leaders in further developing their toolkit in relation to leading themselves and their wider ecosystems - teams, suppliers and customers - through periods of change, with clarity and compassion.
