West Midlands Business Festival

An afternoon exploring your leadership approach and connecting with leaders from across the West Midlands.

Starting with an interactive 90 min workshop led by Clare Roberts-Molloy “What Kind of Leader Are You? Developing Your Leadership Mindset & Harnessing Diversity of Thought for Creative Problem Solving”.

Through a combination of self reflection, peer coaching and group activities, participants will:

• Identify their natural leadership style and how it shows up in their business.
• Develop the mindset shifts needed to lead with confidence, adaptability and purpose.
• Harness the power of diverse thinking, drawing on different perspectives and styles, to boost creativity, innovation and problem solving across business functions.
• Leave with practical strategies and an action plan that will help them apply their new insights immediately, scale their leadership impact and support the festival’s theme of “growth without limits”.

We will then move into a panel discussion, with West Midlands leaders from across sectors and industries sharing their leader journey and engaging with you on how to grow, connect and develop your leadership approach.

Finally you will have the opportunity to network with current and aspiring leaders from across the West Midlands, building connections and exploring how to grow your businesses and expand your personal horizons.
