Business Planning & Financial Forecasting - a 2-day workshop - is a practical, hands-on programme designed to help West Midlands business owners get confident with their numbers and ready for growth.

Over two days, you’ll step away from the day-to-day and focus on building a robust plan for the next stage of your business journey.

Across the workshop we’ll break business planning down into simple, manageable steps. You’ll work through your vision, goals and business model, then translate this into realistic sales, cost and profit forecasts.

Using plain English (not accounting jargon), we’ll explore cashflow, break-even, pricing, and how to test different “what if?” scenarios so you can make better decisions, faster.

You’ll also learn what lenders and investors look for in applications, how to present your numbers with confidence, and common pitfalls that cause funding bids to fail.

The sessions are interactive, with time for questions, peer learning and applying the tools to your own business.
